Holding this back hasn’t been easy. Excitement has been building, the team have been desperate to shout it out of our duck egg blue coloured doors… but now’s the time.

Introducing the Martha V Fashion Preview Evening…. A night of fashion, fundraising and entertainment as we reveal the newest arrivals for the season ahead.

We’d like to invite you, our lovely customers, to join us on Wednesday 19^th September, from 18.45 at the Bedford Lodge Hotel and Spa, to watch an exciting fashion show featuring some of our most popular brands, including Frank Lyman, Joseph Ribkoff, Marble and many more.

Guests will also have the opportunity to browse an exclusive selection of pop up shops, from our very own Martha V Accessories Stand, to Scratchers Nails and the Bedford Lodge Hotel and Spa.

With all proceeds going towards the Look Good Feel Better charity, a cause that helps cancer patients feel good about themselves, we will also have some amazing raffle prizes up for grabs. Prizes include £250 voucher towards a Joseph Ribkoff outfit, a Champagne Spa Day for 2 at the Bedford Lodge Spa, and an afternoon tea voucher for Nancy’s Tearooms.

Shhhhh... can you keep a secret? Well, we can! We have some exciting news waiting just around the corner.

However we want to tempt your inner Twiggy, to see if any of our customers would be willing to strike a pose or two on a catwalk?

Royal Wedding Shopping Day

A little bit of fizz to celebrate the occasion

Prince Harry and the now Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, wowed the entire nation with their awe-inspiring wedding ceremony on 19th May 2018... so we here at Martha V thought we too would celebrate this momentous occasion with a little bit of fizz and full screening of the wedding in all its glory. 

As many customers came and joined us for the day it was great to partake in the fun and celebrate such an historic event here at Martha V.

With the sun blazing down on Newmarket's High Street, the atmosphere was just fantastic as we watched the events unfold in the store. Meghan's dress was simply amazing, and we all lifted a glass in celebration as she arrived at St George's Chapel.

With many of us unable to take our eyes off the screen as Meghan walked down the aisle, it was great to have a store full of ladies to discuss THAT dress.

Stunning from head to toe, we wish Meghan and Harry the best of luck in the future. We certainly had fun watching them wed.

Hello summer!

Now June is upon us it is officially summer time! Which means, it's the season to be wearing fashions that keep you cool but looking hot on-trend. Luckily for you ladies of Newmarket and the surrounding area, here at Martha V we have a fantastic range of summer clothes, including our linen collections from Eden Rock, Naya & Peruzzi. From colours such as bright turquoise and orange to classic beige and navy, our linen collection includes trousers, tops and easy-to-wear dresses.

The Style Edit

Last week us Martha V girls attended the fashion & shopping event at the Granary Barns, The Style Edit, and we had a fantastic time!

Upon arrival, we enjoyed a complimentary drink from Pinksters Gin as we browsed the many pop-up shops.  But the real excitment began as the catwalk show started! We were all thrilled to see how amazing our summer fashions looked. Our first walk was 'Monochrome' and our second walk was 'Racing Fashion' where our dresses were paired with hats & fascinators from The Hat Club. 

It was great to feature in the fashion show alongside so many other great brands & retailers. And a prize draw was held each evening in aid of the East Anglian Air Ambulance, a very worthy cause, so it was fantastic to hear that £1000 was raised!

 We are already looking forward to Style Edit AW18...
